These days, most of us exercise in our living room or in our backyard, so all motivation is essential to achieve our goal and stay consistent. Although there are weirdos who can train without listening to music, the rest of us love to put on the Rocky Balboa soundtrack to lift a pair of dumbbells.
And we're not saying it ourselves, listening to music helps you train longer, according to a small study from April 2017, published in the International Journal of Physiology, Pathophysiology and Pharmacology.
So if you live in an apartment in the middle of the city, you will know that it is not a good idea to put the speaker on full blast. This is where the Huawei Freebuds come in.
Freebuds: wireless noise canceling headphones
We all think of Apple headphones, but the truth is that they are not made for any pocket. Luckily you can take advantage of the Black Friday offer on Amazon, and take two Huawei models with almost a 50% discount.
In general, these essential headphones cost €179, so we get up to a discount of €90, in the case of buying the Freebuds 3. In addition, you have the extended return period for your Christmas purchases. You no longer have an excuse to get it right this winter with your partner or your most sporty family member.
Although the discount is already eye-catching bait, these wireless noise-canceling headphones can improve your workout dramatically. We assure you that you won't run out of battery power mid-set and that they won't fall over with every deadlift you drop on the floor. Forget about continually readjusting them in your ears.
In addition, the sound quality is also important. There is nothing more motivating than listening to a good drum set rumble in your brain.
Still not completely convinced? I encourage you to take a look on Amazon where you will find 5 star reviews. The blackest Friday of the year is approaching, why not do it with the latest generation headphones?
